Certifications like 6-Sigma Green Belt, ITIL V3, Prince2 and Scrum Master only sharpened Vinod’s mission to exceed commitments made at Castellum Labs. You would not want to get on the Vinod’s wrong side, even as a customer – since his laser-sharp focus is on delivery – on time, in scope and in budget.
Vinod has worked across multiple IT domains across his 20-year career, notably in large-scale ERP deployments, some as large as 4,000 dealer locations, interfacing with hundreds of regional implantation partners.
Vinod has often needed to quickly build tools and utilities to help manage these roll outs, and is known for being a fanatic in tracking and delivering even the smallest of benefits to his customers.
